Old Barcelona, Spain

Potential honeymoon destination? I love the old character of these type of places...

Maybe for June? Thinking about really getting to know my LX5.

Love. This movie was so sweet, cute and charming. I definitely teared up during parts of the movie.

Bedside Laptop Table KOKO

Lovely, compact design that can be used for a variety of things in the house. Contemplating this for my home, for when I tend to work from the couch! Reminds me that we need an additional desk for my office...

Emmental Stairs by Biljana Jovanovic

Fun and whimsical. Though I would suspect very hard to navigate with those uneven steps.

Grey and Yellow

I've been loving the grey and yellow combinations lately. Perfect for a small apartment layout.

Picture Table

An art piece and functional furniture all in one. While the concept is not anything new, the execution of it is quite simple, clean and effective.

Black Swan

Amazing movie. Natalie Portman is very frail and emotive throughout, and it really brings to light the competitiveness of ballet and the seriousness of mental health issues that can arise if unchecked.

Double Porch Swings

Seems like a perfect place to read a book on a Sunday afternoon with the sounds of the sea washing in the background...

Flower Pins and Blazers

Great, smart office wear for casual days. I love the floppy flower pins and the texture they bring to the outfit. Now if only I can find that perfect little blazer and roll up jeans...

Silver and White Tablescape

I love this simple and elegantly decorated table.  The table runner is nice and strong, and balanced by some equally delicate and heavy pieces. The bare table just adds to the starkness of the setting.

Trio of Hanging Beds

Simple, clean and creative way to maximize space for three young ones. I love the hanging beds, the choice of colours and the minimalist decor, and it gives it a lightness to the room that you won't normally get with bunks.

Grey Cabinets

Gorgeous grey cabinets in this simple kitchen. I love how it brings a touch of elegance and simplicity to the kitchen without weighing it down in dark colours. Maybe something to try for my next kitchen?

Dreams to Plans

Motivation. I need a little more to get me through the days. It's been a slow and frustrating few weeks at the office and has been exhausting to say the least.

Crab Apple Tree

Simply gorgeous capture of this tree. It's so mysterious, whimsical and peaceful and I would love to sit under it and wonder.

1% Milk Carton

Received this link from my brother - it's a great way to display the nutritional information in a visual way. By providing more accessibility through a visual mode, it could make it easier for consumers to make choices at a glance.

Seeing this makes me want to go and re-watch it. This was a great movie, and made you really think about the relationships in your life.

Beautiful, I can only imagine the rich sounds that it would produce. I would love one of these in my home one day.

Ingravitto

An interesting take on a personal organizer. I think I would be afraid of things falling in the middle of the night (i.e. the camera or cell phone), but a neat approach to doing away from the catch-all bin on the front table.

Stockholm Loft

I love the starkness of the white, the soaring ceilings with amazing skylights and the floor-to-ceiling bookcase. Would be a great place to entertain, as well as a place for a lazy Sunday.

Extra Normal Timepieces

At first, this does not seem out of the ordinary for a minimalist watch, but upon closer inspection the hour hand is a disc that revolves and shows the hour through a reverse cutout. Nice and subtle.
